We examined very carefully the building positioning, orientation and functions to develop our strategy for the facade.

The basic design principles governing the design:

Clean geometric engravings define the transcription of the façade based on the functional modules of the interior

Organize the building into base – body – coronation (pilotis – typical floors – retiré)

Separation of the floor slabs

Flexibility of the final appearance and organization of the façade in relation to the desired privacy through the use of movable panels
