BIM (Building Information Modeling)

A&S ARCHITECTS has worked with BIM since 2016 and now executes the majority of all our large projects with the use of BIM. Our approach in design incorporates the utilization of BIM workflow to deliver building facilities and open spaces that provoke environmental awareness and SUSTAINABILITY.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is the process of generating and managing building data during a project’s lifecycle from conception through design and construction to its operation. The benefits of using BIM are: – Immediate 3D visualization – Improved coordination and resolution of conflicts – The ability to extract quantities – Cost calculations – Environmental simulations – Verification of constructability – Scheduling production on site – Operation and maintenance
