This project examines the construction of the New Football Complex of AE KITIOY FC, in the city of Larnaka in Cyprus.

The complex will include sports facilities such as a football stadium (15.000 seats), a track and field stadium, a training center for hosting the team of AE KITIOY as well as commercial uses, a 5* hotel, residences complex, sports park, green park (ecological park) and parking areas.

The stadium has an original design with a three-dimensional dynamic roof that extends beyond the boundary of the tiers to include a small commercial center.

The stadium is designed exclusively for football, for games ranging from the national league to European matches and has all the characteristics of an UEFA ELITE Stadium according to UEFA Regulations.
