Building Block 2.2 lie on the northern part of Landbank, perched in an elevated position, overlooking Agios Nikolaos and Mirabello Bay surrounded, mostly, by open green spaces.

Landbank is placed in the middle region of Elounda Hills Project. It is planned mainly for residential buildings, apartments and villas.

The main goal is to visually and physically integrate a harmonious complex of building, private and public areas, and green areas into the Cretan landscape.
