OT 2-4, Luxury Residential Complex

Building Block 2.4 lie on the northern part of Landbank, perched in an elevated position, overlooking Agios Nikolaos and Mirabello Bay surrounded, mostly, by open green spaces.

Landbank is placed in the middle region of Elounda Hills Project. It is planned mainly for residential buildings, apartments and villas.

The main goal is to visually and physically integrate a harmonious complex of building, private and public areas, and green areas into the Cretan landscape.

Natural elements, such as vegetation and water, are used as a complementary design tool, in order to achieve that integration.

Public movements vertical to the contour lines direct the individuals to the apartments, but at the same time to the public space in the lower level, giving them the impression of being in a Greek hillside village (‘chorio’).

While descending the view of Mirabello’s bay serves as the main protagonist.

The design ethos blurs the line between interior and exterior -with natural sustainably sourced materials, highlighting the mesmerizing Cretan sunlight, and vibrant, flourishing greenery around every corner.
