Complex Tourist Resort
Design creates a Complex Tourist Accommodation by using only the non-forested areas. The Tourist investment shall accommodate 1 five-star hotel, Tourist housing (luxurious holiday residences), a conference center and a wellness center (two Special Tourist Infrastructure).
In terms of urban planning (building regulations, planning limitations, building site conditions, Zone Districts and Allowable Land Uses, etc.), as well as the process of licensing of the new Complex Tourist Resort, there are a number of laws and ministerial decisions that define the procedures to be followed.
