3 STEPS TO URBAN LIVING, proposes a model of design principles under which this residential complex was deigned, focusing on the wellbeing and prosperity of its residents and users.
This residential complex is located in Thessaloniki and is composed of 3 in total apartment buildings. This is the first of the three apartment buildings and will be complete with 2 large commercial use spaces on the ground floor, 12 apartments and a penthouse with panoramic views of Thessaloniki.
Each building is composed of strong and dynamic lines which are contrasted by the softness provided by the planters and greenery which envelope each building. Dynamic solar shading panels, as well as the arcade on the ground floor and the pergola of the penthouse provide the residents and the users with a cool and shaded space away from the hot Greek sun.
