The restriction for a mandatory roof is creatively integrated into the design of the shell and is ultimately the basic compositional reference element of the building.

By combining different roof typologies and utilizing the volume of the roof to accommodate rooms with an unobstructed view of the Lake of Ioannina, a prismatic volume with special spatial proportions and aesthetic interest is produced.
