StadiumDB.com, based on Stadiony.net, is conducting the global vote, details have shown. The website hosts the annual ‘Stadium of the Year’ competition, which managed to bring record interest and became the world’s largest public vote on stadiums opened every year.
For the Stadium of the Year 2020, a Jury of architectural experts who cast their votes independently of the Popular Vote has also been selected. Their vote will result in a separate Stadium of the Year title, according to StadiumDB.com.

Lucky that each year brilliant names of stadium architecture – some known for decades, others on the rise – agree to help us select the best new stadium. Although year’s Jury presentation comes exceptionally late, but the reasons are purely logistical, all four Jurors have already cast their first votes. The resulting shortlist of 10 finalists will be presented on Monday, March 1, now let’s celebrate the expertise of this year’s Jury!
