The new space can be seen as an installation to create a distinctive and intimate place for encounters and happenings—an invitation to people who love to exercise and communicate.
Combined, the full layout has the capacity for large scale events. Independently, the spaces can be divided to host distinct events, with dedicated acoustics and arrival.
Design principles: space flexibility, a proposal that breaks the barriers of time by giving flexibility to the user to transform the space in form and function according to the needs.
Basically, flexible architecture is designed to be malleable, movable, and multi-purpose. Think of it as modular design on a grand scale.
Design flexibility can allow a building to evolve over time as the user needs change. The flexibility of a building or elements of its design can allow it to be used efficiently despite changes in operational requirements, whereas an inflexible building might become obsolete.
